This homemade costume for boys entered our 2011 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Justine, the 'Papa Smurf' costume creator:
My 6 year old son is wearing the Papa Smurf costume. We thought that the costume being sold was cheesy and cheap looking. My father hand sewed hat and belly insert to make him fat and sewed on beard and painted him blue.
